Job Description

We are looking for passionate, creative and enthusiastic candidates. In our relatively small classes, we expect teachers to develop and implement inquiry-driven, laboratory-based, differentiated units of study that are enhanced through technology, the arts, and service learning opportunities as appropriate. We believe all students will be engaged in learning. We feature competency-based, performance-based assessment. Our search is additionally for someone who is willing to be more than "just a classroom teacher.

We need teachers who also contribute to the life of the school as advisors for a small group of students, and sponsors of a student committee, sports team, or other student clubs or activities.


We require a state licensed Chemistry teacher for this position. Preference will be given to candidates with experience who are also qualified to teach AP Chemistry, math, technology, or other fields of science in that order. Position to be filled as quickly as possible. Salary commensurate with teaching experience, education, licensure, and endorsements.
